Returns & Refunds Policy

AVET LLC is committed to customer satisfaction.

All items purchased through AVET LLC are covered by generous manufacturer warranties.  In some cases those warranties extend to 10 years.  AVET relies on the manufacturer’s warranty and therefore does not offer any additional coverage.

Should customers require warranty service or replacement, the manufacturer is solely responsible.  Should AVET customers find that manufacturers are not fulfilling their warranty commitments, AVET is happy to intercede.  AVET makes no pledge or guarantee however that the outcome of such intercession will be effective on behalf of its customers.

If the item(s) purchased come from AVET’s physical inventory, we will gladly exchange defective products for working models upon customer’s request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  Please email AVET at sales@AVETLLC.com for a RMA.  If we cannot make the exchange due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the purchase price upon return of the product to AVET.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
