Answer: Yes, we are a certified SVDOB.

Does AVET also qualify as a Minority owned business (MBE)?

Answer: We are affiliated with MBEs and act in concert with them.

How can I place an order?

Answer: Individual consumers can simply order from this website.  Institutional customers should visit www.AVETllc.com where we are better able to serve you.

When ordering here, simply add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. Upon order confirmation an account will be automatically created for you.

Can I order your products outside the United States?

Answer: At this time we are shipping to the United States only.

Can orders be modified after they are placed?

Answer: Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you have changed your mind. If we can catch your order before it goes out, we may be able to change or cancel it.

How can I track my order?

Answer: A shipment confirmation email containing tracking info will be sent to you when your order ships. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment online. If you need assistance, our customer care team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

Answer: If you received a tracking number and you have not received your order after 12-15 business days, or if you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service at here.
